What You Will Do:

• Safely operate digger derricks trucks to support aerial and underground utility construction projects.
• Set poles, dig holes, handle materials, and assist crews with telecommunications, fiber optic, and electrical utility infrastructure installations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, identify maintenance needs, and help keep trucks, tools, and work areas job ready.
• Work closely with foremen and field crews to read job plans, complete tasks efficiently, and meet project quality expectations.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safe work practices around overhead lines, underground utilities, traffic, and active construction sites.

What You Bring:

• You bring proven experience driving and operating a digger derrick truck. CDL class A license preferred.
• You understand safe excavation, lifting, rigging, and equipment operating practices in a construction or utility environment.
• You can follow work orders, jobsite directions, and basic construction drawings while staying attentive to detail.
• You are dependable, safety focused, and ready to work productively as part of an in person field crew in Bristol, Tennessee.
• You can perform the physical demands of outdoor construction work, including working in changing weather and handling jobsite materials.

Nice to Have:

• A commercial driver license, utility construction experience, pole setting experience, or familiarity with fiber and power projects will help you stand out.
• Experience working around aerial telecommunications lines, underground utilities, or electrical distribution systems is valuable.
