Candidate Source is working with a respected health and wellness products company in Colonial Heights, VA that is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate . You'll join a team that fills and ships customer orders in a clean, organized warehouse. Every day starts with a team meeting, and the work is divided up so everyone knows their role. If you're detail-oriented and like staying busy, this is a great place to build a long-term warehouse career. No RF scanner experience? No problem, they'll train you!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift/Hours

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm (Off on Weekends potential for overtime on Saturdays)
• Two paid 20-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, rotated across the team so the work keeps moving

• Start each shift with a team meeting to go over the day's orders and assignments
• Pick products by item code and quantity from pallets and flow racks, using an RF scanner
• Place picked orders into bins and hand them off to the packing team
• Check picked items against pick lists to make sure every order is accurate and complete
• Pack products carefully so they don't get damaged in shipping
• Stretch-wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment
• Follow quality and safety procedures to keep orders moving out on time

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters!
• Comfortable using an RF scanner and basic computer systems (training provided)
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift, with some bending and crouching
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

• Light lifting. Most items are 10 lbs or less, much easier on your body than typical warehouse work.
• Paid training. You'll be trained on RF scanners, warehouse procedures, and GMP standards. These skills will help you in any warehouse.
• Organized, team-based environment. Daily huddles and clear assignments mean you won't be left guessing.
• Clean, quality-focused workplace. You'll be shipping health and wellness products, not working in a dirty or hazardous plant.
