• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | 1 day a week 10am-7pm
• Location: Onsite – Johnson City, TN

What You'll Do

• Manage customer loan accounts
• Contact customers by phone, email, text, and mail
• Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate
• Follow up on past-due accounts
• Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of loan servicing, collections, auditing, or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• 65-70 WPM typing speed preferred
