2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds

$45,000 to $50,000 per year. Salary based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
- Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process
- Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result
- Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
- Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs
- Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
