Warehouse WorkerKT-Bristol Corps - Bristol, TN 37620Position Type Part Time with Benefits 20 or More Category PropertySchedule varies week to week. The Thrift Store is closed on Sundays.The position is responsible for:Receives, sorts, prices, and prepares donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area.Key Responsibilities:Packs items in boxes and marks boxes; accordingly, assists in transporting boxes to appropriate storage area.Prepares non-suitable clothes for the bailer; Loads the Bailer; Operates the BailerLifts and carries items to the appropriate destination for further processing, storage or displaying in store.Assists with the packaging and storage of Seasonal ItemsLoads trash and unsalable items on the dump trailerPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25 - 50lbs.).materials, supplies, andequipment.
