The Alternative Community Corrections Program (ACCP) is a Tennessee Department of Correction treatment provider for non-violent felony offenders administered through the First Tennessee Human Resource Agency (FTHRA). The program provides comprehensive, intensive outpatient treatment and court ordered supervision for clients with addiction issues within the First Judicial District of Northeast Tennessee.
We are looking to hire fulltime a Resource Case Officer based at our headquarters in Johnson City (on-site; no weekends).
Our Resource Case Officer maintains case files/records for offenders assigned to the program, interviews offenders regularly to evaluate their progress in accomplishing goals and maintaining specified terms/rehabilitation plans. The position also administers career assessment(s), conducts career training, and works within the community to secure jobs and employment opportunities. This position will also be responsible for assisting offenders with other needed community resources (i.e. employment, educational opportunities, vocational training, medical and housing). Closely collaborates and coordinates with other ACCP teammates.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline required.
Two years' work experience in criminal justice system in human services or the criminal justice system preferred. Recent graduates will be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel) and Google platforms (Docs/Sheets).

Full-time Monday through Friday – No weekends
Flexible schedule (usually 8am to 5pm with 1hr unpaid for lunch)
