Job Duties for Warehouse Pallet Stock Associate positions:

• Follow all plant safety rules and OSHA regulations
• Lift, move, and handle pallets and materials weighing up to 49 lbs, including frequent lifting up to three times per minute for up to 66% of the shift
• Rotate between multiple tasks throughout the shift to support display pallet production
• Use warehouse tools and equipment, including utility cutters, carton openers, manual pallet jacks, stretch wrap, and battery-powered or manual banders
• Secure cartons and finished display units to pallets using stretch wrap and banding equipment
• Count display units and verify that each unit has a completed ticket
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Good hand dexterity and basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong oral communication and reasoning skills
• Quality focused and safety conscious
• Flexible and able to move between jobs as needed
• Adhere to all plant, safety, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
