Location: Mohawk, TN

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 5:00 AM1:30PM Shift hours may vary based on seasonal production demands. Join Our Team!

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Production Associates to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, excellent benefits upon hire, and opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Load and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and organize products and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in multiple departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
