REPORTS TO Supervisor of Elementary Curriculum & Instruction
JOB GOAL Under the direct supervision of the assigned Supervisor, responsible for federal finance record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, working on special projects to include state reporting and grant proposals as well as supporting the policy compliance process. Majority of time is spent supporting teachers with staff development documentation and programming and supporting elementary schools as needed with administrative tasks. This job will require advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other web based programs. Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers, vendors, and internal contacts at all levels. Must communicate assessment and federal/state requirements on web and through a variety of sources to district personnel and public. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
