We are hiring motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing and warehouse team.

Available Roles & Responsibilities

1. Entry-Level Packers

• Pick and Pack: Gather finished products from production lines.
• Quality Check: Ensure items match packaging specifications.
• Box Assembly: Build, label, and seal shipping boxes.
• Palletizing: Stack packed boxes securely onto pallets.

2. Machine Operators

• Setup & Monitor: Learn to start, run, and feed production machinery.
• Troubleshooting: Watch for jams or errors and clear minor issues safely.
• Cleaning: Perform basic maintenance and daily tool wipe-downs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict lock-out/tag-out safety rules.

3. Quality Control (QC) Inspectors

• Visual Inspections: Check products for defects, scratches, or wrong colors.
• Measurement: Use basic tools to verify product dimensions.
• Documentation: Log pass/fail counts on simple digital tablets or sheets.
• Escalation: Alert supervisors immediately if a defect trend is spotted.

4. Material Handlers

• Supply Lines: Keep production stations stocked with raw materials.
• Inventory Tracking: Use handheld scanners to track item locations.
• Loading/Unloading: Unload delivery trucks and organize the warehouse.
• Equipment Operation: Drive pallet jacks (forklift training provided later).

Office positions available in a Manufacturing, fast paced environment. Located in Bristol, TN

• Receptionist with HR experience a plus!
• Accounting F/T, P/T Act. Manufacturing experience a Plus!
• Admin. Assist. 1-2 yrs exp.
