Location: Erwin, TN

Receptionist? Nah-Director of First Impressions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and help them have a great stay
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phones and answer guest questions
• Make and update room reservations
• Take payments and keep basic records
• Share information about the hotel and local area
• Help solve guest concerns in a kind and helpful way
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
• Keep the front desk clean and organized
• Follow hotel rules and safety guidelines
• Help with daily office and front desk tasks

Requirements:

• Customer service or front desk experience is helpful but not required
• Friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to handle cash and credit card payments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and handle more than one task at a time
• Professional appearance and dependable work habits
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
