This position plays a major role in keeping the shop moving efficiently and helping our technicians and advisors stay productive throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders efficiently to technicians
• Monitor technician workload and productivity
• Help maintain proper shop flow and scheduling
• Prioritize work based on appointment times and repair urgency
• Communicate with advisors and management throughout the day
• Ensure work is distributed fairly and efficiently
• Track stalled work and follow up on delayed repairs
• Assist with maintaining accurate repair order status updates
• Support overall service department operations
