Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is hiring an Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL A Driver based in Jonesborough, Tennessee.

Job Summary: Operate a company truck transporting product to and from specified destinations. Prepare, receive, and provide documentation for deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely service. Load, secure, and unload cargo as needed, stay in contact with dispatch for scheduling, follow all DOT federal and state regulations, and complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating company-owned and leased trucks for shipping and receiving operations
• Deliveries and pick-ups on schedules set by dispatch
• Pre/post trip inspections with required reports
• Professional customer service during delivery and pick-up
• Maintaining DOT, OSHA, and company safety certifications
• Cargo securement and real-time ELD usage
• Live on-road experience with a driver trainer

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A license
• At least 2 years of CDL A truck driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flatbed experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Out several days per week, home most weekends; sleeper cab assigned
