Quality Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing digital solutions, working closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and fully functional platforms. You will play an integral role in identifying, documenting, and resolving issues to ensure the software meets business requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and regression testing.
  • Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and business logic.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop appropriate test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and report software defects in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Analyze the impact of new functionality and changes to the system to adjust test plans accordingly.
  • Work with the team to identify areas for test automation and implement automated test scripts where possible.
  • Review test results, track defect resolution progress, and ensure timely closure of defects.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning as part of the Agile/Scrum process.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methods to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tester/QA Engineer.
  • Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., QTest, Tosca, Jira).
  • Strong knowledge of test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience in API testing (REST, SOAP) and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL for validating data integrity.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in testing digital applications.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
