This position plays a critical role in converting incoming leads into booked appointments while maintaining exceptional customer service and fast response times.Key Responsibilities Call, text, and email incoming leads a minimum of three times dailyMaintain a target response time of less than 10 minutes on all inbound leadsPrioritize same-day booking opportunities whenever possibleSchedule and confirm appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Generac departmentsPerform outbound calling to follow up on unsold estimates, maintenance opportunities, and inactive leadsMaintain accurate customer notes and scheduling updates within company software systemsWork closely with dispatch and department managers to maximize booking efficiencyAssist with lead tracking, confirmations, and booking performance reportingPerformance Expectations Less than 10-minute average lead response timeHigh same-day booking percentageStrong appointment confirmation percentageHigh lead-to-booking conversion rateProfessional communication and customer service at all timesBonus Structure Includes Bonuses based on appointments setBonuses based on appointment confirmationsBonuses based on booking percentage/conversion rateQualifications Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSales or customer service experience preferredExperience with phone systems, texting platforms, and scheduling software preferredPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetEqual Opportunity Employer: Hometown Plumbing and Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
