Also, the 1st of the monthCommunicate Maintenance issues with their Senior Manager and maintenance managerKeep track of labor by adjusting schedulesControl chemical usage by dialing in the Versadials to achieve the cleanest car possibleDRB expert (ready to handle wash issues and get them resolved quickly)Able to assist other store managers with issues to help decrease workload on Senior ManagersPraise employees, give redirects, and delegate tasks to their teamsEnsure cameras are clean each dayPick up any and all trash on the propertyKeep mulch/pine needles clean and weed freeAdditional ResponsibilitiesProvides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team membersRecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new team membersCreating schedules & adjusting when neededUnderstanding the site's financials to drive results and utilize budgets wiselyEnsures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followedWorks safely and reports safety or maintenance issuesMaintain cleanliness of work environment and inventoryPerforms team member duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer serviceGuides cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanorPerforms visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnelSubmitting bonuses to their Senior Manager for reviewBe on time and in uniform for every scheduled shiftLoad and prep vehicles as they enter the wash bay as neededSpray bug prep on the front and back of every vehicleUse the bucket brush to scrub the front and back of every vehicleEnsure the wash controller queue is accurateCommunicate with the guest to ensure the driver is not in park or on the brakeSend the rollers behind the rear wheel to ensure the vehicle passes through the washEnsure the wash equipment is operating correctly as the vehicle goes through the wash tunnelPerform basic routine maintenance as required or directedPerform advanced maintenance as required or directedEmpty the garbage bins around the lotCollect dirty towels, wash them, fold them, and return clean towels to the lot for customer useRefill and replace window cleaner bottles as neededSweep the lot property as needed to ensure the lot is well maintained and clean.Replace and replenish cash in cassette boxes as necessaryRequirementsMust be able to lift fifty poundsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditionsMust have reliable transportation to and from the siteMust be willing to work early hours and 50 hours per week#J-18808-Ljbffr
