Details for ProductionCNC Operator Position:

• $16-18 / Hour
• Monday through Thursday
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production CNC Operator Position:

• Operate and monitor shop, CNC, milling, lathe, and stamping press equipment
• Assemble parts manually and with power tools; drill, attach, label, and inspect components
• Remove defective materials and ensure products meet quality standards
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Follow all shop safety and production procedures
• Meet or exceed daily production goals
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Production CNC OperatorPosition:

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related industrial or production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read gauges, monitors, and precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)
• Knowledge of production equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Skilled in identifying and resolving mechanical or equipment issues
• Proficient in safe and effective use of power tools
• Follows all shop safety procedures; works efficiently in potentially hazardous environments
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills
• Basic computer skills a plus
• Physically able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 45 lbs
• Able to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and assemble small or delicate parts as needed
