Labor Management Analyst

Job Description: Summary: All Labor Management team members are expected to promote sound clinical and financial decision making within their assigned areas. A Labor Management Analyst must possess the professional skills to be a good communicator, educator, analyst, leader, motivator, critical thinker and teammate. The Analyst works closely with other strategically related areas within Ballad Health including Corporate Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and Information Systems Access to financial and patient information may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position; therefore, adherence to all applicable Ballad Health privacy and confidentiality policies and practices is a requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration, Finance or closely related field is required. Other Bachelor degrees considered with relevant healthcare and/or labor management experience.
