Brookdale Senior Living - 375 Liberty Place - Responsibilities: Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds; Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment; Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions; Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies
