Senior HVAC Service Technician Tri-City Air Conditioning – Johnson City, TN Pay: $23–$26 Per Hour Spiffs Tri-City Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Johnson City, Tennessee. We are seeking a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician who takes pride in solving complex HVAC issues, mentoring junior technicians, and providing an outstanding customer experience while being rewarded for performance.
