WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Lead Project Manager.As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of successful client software implementation and integration projects, including the administration of contractual deliverables and timelines for complex projects of all sizes. You will build strong relationships with clients while seamlessly implementing WorkForce Software's suite of products, ensuring that your clients are set up for long-term success. Even more, you'll make an immediate impact once WorkForce's services are delivered on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees.You will spend most of your day performing project control activities for complex projects. You will be responsible for establishing and managing customers' expectations, changes or gaps in delivery and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success. Still, every day will be different because you will meet clients within different geographies and industries. The solutions you provide will differ based on the clients' unique needs. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.What you'll do:Exhibit honesty and compassion for customers' needsManage the creation, execution and analysis of project change orders and Scope of Work documents, including their estimatesCreate internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple complex projectsCollaborate internally by possessing an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing positive and successful change initiatives.Cultivate innovation, confidence and trust.Support associates with skills required for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:8+ years of project management experience working with external customers8+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementationsEntrepreneurial mindset required to rapidly shift focus and respond to ever-changing conditionsFamiliarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferredKnowledge of software development process and cycleExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologiesAbility to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.Associates that lives near an ADP or WorkForce Software office would be expected to work a hybrid work model.A college degree is great but not required.
