Position is based in Johnson City. Candidates must have experience with answering incoming telephone lines, scheduling, and checking patients in and out.Generous salary and benefits available, including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401k with company match and immediate vesting, and more!Job duties include, but are not limited to:Greet patients in friendly and timely manner.Present a positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learnEnsure that patients complete necessary forms required for medical chart and billing officeCoordination of office visits with other OB practices and clinicsAnswer patient inquiries regarding patient registration information or billing questionsRefers patient inquiries regarding medical care or treatment to medical assistant or physicianEnsures good patient flow through practice by timely processing of patients as they arrive at officeComfortable with asking patients for appropriate co-pays and balances dueWorking with medical recordsEffective communication with team members including providersOther duties as assigned including cross training for check outCompliance with HIPAA, OSHA and all other office policies and proceduresForwarding of medical records as requested by providersRequirements:1–2 years' experience in medical office settingWillingness to be cross trained in other job functionsAbility to multi-task and learn various roles within the front officeSitting, walking, working on a computer, and lifting up to 10lbs#J-18808-Ljbffr
