Then you may be our perfect hero !Key Responsibilities Establish customer relationships for construction servicesEducate customer on the construction processWork with customers to understand desired upgrades/changesEnsure that estimates meet client requirementsAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements for a projectCreate an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projectsDeliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimateRecognize project constraints and/or needed upgradesWork with Construction JFC to price bid items, if neededIdentify and document finalized project scope of workWork with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.e., Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.)Assemble accurate and well-organized estimatesDeliver and Communicate estimateEnsure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchasedEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workProvide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and clientsMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsValidate schedule and progressEnsure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase ordersProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsPerform final walk-through with customerCompile and resolve punch list itemsSecure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerBe familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction CoordinatorPosition Requirements 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationAdvanced math skillsProficient use of Xactimate™ estimating softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam PlayerMust have good driving recordSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies Walking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersOccasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heatThe noise level at individual jobsites can be loud#J-18808-Ljbffr
