Site Engineer - Major Infrastructure Project, Near Failand, Bristol (Long‑Term Contract)The OpportunityThis is a serious long‑term Site Engineer role on a major infrastructure scheme near Failand, Bristol , with a minimum 3‑year programme and plenty of variety to keep things interesting.We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer who enjoys being at the sharp end of delivery. This is a large, complex project with multiple workstreams running in parallel — ideal for someone who likes responsibility, autonomy and seeing a job through from start to finish.The ProjectYou'll be working on a substantial infrastructure and public realm scheme, including:New build major roadsSection 278 worksEarthworksDrainageHard landscapingLakes and pondsUnderground car parkIt's a technically varied project with a long programme and no stop‑start nonsense.The RoleAs Site Engineer , you'll play a key role in day‑to‑day site delivery, working closely with site management and subcontractors to keep the job running safely, accurately and to programme.Key duties will include:Setting out all aspects of the worksManaging and maintaining Health & Safety standards on siteQuality assurance and compliance checksMaterials testing and recording resultsMaintaining a detailed site diaryAttending and contributing to weekly progress meetingsReviewing drawings and raising any technical or buildability issuesWorking collaboratively with site management and subcontractorsAbout YouThis role suits a proven Site Engineer with solid civils and infrastructure experience.You'll bring:Local to Bristol – No subsistence on offerStrong setting‑out capabilityExperience working on infrastructure, highways or civil engineering projectsGood understanding of H&S and quality processesConfidence reviewing drawings and resolving issues on siteClear communication skills and a proactive approachRate & Package£375 per day – with kit£325 per day – without kitOutside IR35 – CIS or Ltd company acceptedLong‑term, stable work on a flagship projectWhy This Role?If you're a Site Engineer looking for:Security (3+ years' work)Variety (not just one repetitive task)Good ratesA well‑run, technically interesting job…this is one you should be seriously looking at.Interested?Hit APPLY to find out more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
