Job Duties for Warehouse Shipping Associate position:

• Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking using warehouse systems
• Verify order accuracy, inspect products for quality, and report discrepancies
• Load and stage shipments safely to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety guidelines
• Support inventory tasks including counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules and productivity goals
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Warehouse Shipping Associate position:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred; training provided
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
