Senior Quantity Surveyor - Energy InfrastructureTurner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries, offering expertise in energy, power and infrastructure.Job ObjectivesSuitably qualified & experienced at Senior Cost Management levelAdminister contracts in accordance with project objectives and policiesProvide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budgetProactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applicationsCollaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, objectives including programme performance, cost control, and value engineeringManage contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practiceDrive improvements in accuracy of forecasts and budgetsQualificationsIdeally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subjectIdeally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalentContract management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)Experience of working on major programmes and projectsExperience working on infrastructure (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways) or energy projects (nuclear, oil & gas, wind or carbon capture)Additional InformationHybrid working supported and part-time applications considered.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
