Qualified Audit Senior - Bristol - Hybrid Working (DE-18864)Location: Bristol, EnglandSector: Accountancy (Qualified)Benefits: Competitive SalaryThe RoleAs a Senior Audit Associate, you will:Plan and deliver complete audit files, including assessing risks, materiality, and designing testing work programmesConduct audit fieldwork, documenting findings, unadjusted misstatements, and management letter pointsComplete audit files and summarise key findings for partners' reviewSupervise and support junior team members, assisting in their developmentCommunicate regularly with managers and act as a key point of contact for client teamsLiaise with other internal teams, including corporate tax, to deliver integrated client servicesMonitor budgets and manage multiple engagements to ensure deadlines are metThe Ideal CandidateACA or ACCA qualifiedStrong audit experience, including planning and completionExcellent communication and client management skillsCommercially aware with strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standardsProficient in Excel, Word, and ideally CCH accounts/audit automation toolsOrganised, proactive, and able to work under pressureTeam-oriented with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneouslyPreferred: driving licence, experience of consolidated accounts, and IFRS knowledgeThe Team & OfficeThe Bristol audit team comprises over 40 staff, reporting to six partners. The team handles audits, outsourcing, management accounts, VAT returns, statutory accounts, and ad-hoc client queries for a varied client base.
