In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level business management, project coordination, and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will support to drive both day-to-day performance and longer-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support across teams and projects.Duties of the roleBusiness & Project SupportCoordinate business operations to support the delivery of Enable servicesProvide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team across governance, compliance, and business developmentLead and manage projects, including planning, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomesSupport data analysis and reporting to inform decision-makingCoordinate responses to bids and ensure timely input, review, and sign-offTeam & Meeting CoordinationOrganise and manage meetings, including Board and leadership meetings, and key eventsPrepare agendas, presentations, and take accurate minutesTrack actions and follow up to ensure completionMaintain accurate records, documentation, and databasesManage correspondence, emails, and enquiries in a timely mannerCommunication & CollaborationFacilitate effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholdersShare updates and key information clearly and appropriatelyHandle sensitive information in line with data protection requirementsCompliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality at all timesSupport quality improvements and continuous development initiativesAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport with complaints, compliments, and data requestsAssist with report writing as requiredUndertake training and stay up to date with sector developmentsOccasionally travel and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needsAbout YouEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive)Proven project management experience or relevant qualificationExcellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and reporting toolsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to produce accurate, timely reports and management informationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environmentStrong time management and attention to detailDemonstrable experience working within a support roleDesirable Skills and ExperienceExperience within health, social care, or supported living sectorsExperience working with senior leadership teamsKnowledge of governance, compliance, or business development processesDemonstrable Project Management ExperienceBenefitsWe believe in recognising the hard work and dedication of our team.
