Job Description Job Description The General Laborer plays a key role in supporting daily operations within a cheese production and warehouse environment. This position involves working in areas such as production lines, cold storage, and packaging. Team members will be part of a fast-paced environment and may be required to work flexible shifts, We do have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift options.Employees will handle materials and equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and packaging tools, while maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPackage and prepare cheese products efficiently and accurately for shipmentFollow all safety, food safety (GMP), and company proceduresAssist with general production and warehouse tasks as neededMaintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and production linesSupport team operations to ensure daily production goals are metPreferred QualificationsEntry-level experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environmentsAbility to work in cold environments and stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move materials as requiredCompany Description REX Staffing is a full-service staffing agency with nineteen years of experience.
