Job Summary Qualified Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates for a manufacturing facility in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with previous industrial sanitation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe, clean facility environment. What You'll Do Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment and accessoriesOperate pressure washing equipment using foam cleaning and sanitation methodsSafely handle and use cleaning chemicals and sanitation solutionsPerform deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and plant floorsMaintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company and safety guidelinesInspect equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation requirements are metFollow proper lockout/tagout and safety procedures while cleaning equipmentWork effectively with production and maintenance teams to support operationsComplete sanitation tasks within scheduled production timelinesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform all other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or industrial sanitation experience requiredAbility to work in cold environments around 30 degrees requiredComfortable working around industrial equipment and cleaning chemicalsAbility to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work overtime and a flexible staggered schedule as neededWhy Work With Qualified Staffing?
