Red Roof Inn - 2139 Lee Highway - Responsibilities: Welcome guests and perform all guest-related services.; Handle reservation requests; check guests in/out; cashier functions.; Make, change and monitor reservations; update room status; promote future sales.; Communicate with management and other GSRs about problems or concerns regarding guests or rooms.; Cross-train in all front desk shifts and assist in training new hires.
