Charlestowne Hotels - - Responsibilities: Oversee line, prep, and dish area to ensure timely completion of all kitchen tasks; Maintain station setup and breakdown, proper plating, and timely execution of dishes; Ensure FIFO and proper rotation of product to control costs and waste; Participate in training and onboarding, and communicate with Chefs regarding issues; Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of a Chef and assist with deliveries
