divh2Job Posting/h2pThe Detailer performs various detailing and transportation of new and pre-owned boats, motors, trailers and ATVs in support of a TMBC Sales, Service and Parts operation./ph3Essential Functions:/h3ulliSupports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers./liliWashes, cleans, waxes, vacuums, etc. interiors and exteriors of boats for scheduled customer pickups, display and service customer units./liliUsing a fork lift or tractor, participates in the unloading of incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs then transport them to various areas within the dealership, i.e. storage lot, outside display, showroom floor or customer delivery area./liliConfirms packing list or invoice of all boat loads or other product deliveries./liliTransports and stages customer boats and ATVs to service, rigging and storage yard by moving units from one location to another as necessary./liliMaintains an updated list of cleaning supplies and inform Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items./liliAssists Rigger and Service Specialist with PDI and VIN verification processes./liliInforms Service Manager or Service Lead of any unit concerns or required repairs./liliPerforms grounds and facility maintenance as required./liliKeeps work area neat and clean./liliALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED./li/ulh3Experience/Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School education or equivalent experience/liliMust possess and maintain a valid drivers license./liliOngoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards./liliMust be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position./liliSuccessful completion of DOT physical may be required/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:/h3ulliAbility to complete simple math calculation./liliAbility to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and fellow outfitters/li/ulh3Travel Requirements:/h3ulliN/A/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliMaintain required criteria to operate company vehicles and equipment safely/liliAbility to operate a Fork Lift and tractor/liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds/liliAbility to stand for extended periods/liliAbility to work out of doors in all kinds of weather/li/ulh3Independent Judgement:/h3ulliPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
