Position Overview
The Cook at Hickory plays a vital role in executing Chef Travis Milton's Appalachian-inspired cuisine with precision and consistency. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining organized workstations, and ensuring food safety standards are met. With 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, the Cook supports the restaurant's commitment to excellence, contributing to memorable dining experiences for every guest.
