Provide advice and support on a variety of legal issues relating to Practice operations and transactions. Develop and maintain client relationships with local-practice and business-team partners that help you identify legal risks and issues arising in day-to-day operations, contractual matters, and business transactions and collaboratively develop solutions. Counsel practice leadership regarding proposed arrangements and complex legal matters. Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents. Negotiate business deals and legal disputes. Help build and refine processes and systems to support the delivery of exceptional legal services across a nationwide organization. Support business counterparts in responding to audits or litigation matters. Manage and coordinate matters with outside counsel. Advise on the Practices corporate governance documents and structures.
