Manage account follow-up and collections, including appeals and denial resolution. Review EO - Bs and payer responses to ensure accurate reimbursement and identify trends. Analyze accounts and determine appropriate next steps for timely resolution. Communicate with payers to resolve claim issues and reprocess claims as needed. Document all collection activities accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 3 years of physician billing and collections experience. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.
