Grounds Crew Operator

This position will report directly to the General Manager and will be charged with the grounds crew operations of Pioneer Park during the 2026 season. Various duties include but are not limited to:

• Daily mowing of the field on non-gamedays and gamedays
• Packing mounds and home plate area as needed
• Dragging the infield and warning track
• Upkeep of the bullpens (mowing, weed eating, and packing mounds)
• Upkeep of the courtyard between the two clubhouses (mowing and weed eating)
• Setup of batting practice for games and practice days
• Chalking and painting lines on gamedays
• Prepare the field completely for gamedays (mow, paint, pack, chalk, drag, bases, etc.)
• Assist with tarp pulls including coordinating with the GM for pull times
• Mowing and upkeep of the berm area
• Hanging of the American Flag on gamedays
• Have excellent organizational & communication skills and a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion to be successful in the sports industry
• Night and weekend work required as well as gamedays
• Be able to operate independently and complete a task without supervision
• Other duties as assigned

Start Date: May 18th, 2026 End Date: August 7th, 2026 PAID INTERNSHIP (monthly stipend)
