Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Ensure all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction; Evaluate each restaurant's QSC standards and provide regular feedback and coaching; Train, coaches, and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Members; Actively recruit General Managers and GMITs; prepare Team Members for promotion; Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations
