Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction; Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections; Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Members; Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion; Analyzes business performance; initiates corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations
