In this position, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing team. You'll be able to hone your technical abilities through performing fabrication work for Aeronautical Accessories' manufacturing department. Responsibilities: Perform basic window and plastic fabrication under supervision. Ensure proper part identification and/or record S/N for plastics and windows manufactured with assistance. Assist with 1st Piece Inspection and completion of work orders. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: High School Diploma or GED. 0-2 years of related experience. Familiarity with basic measuring devices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Ability to learn and apply measurements, torque, and adhesive applications. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods while performing fabrication tasks. Ability to walk, bend, reach, and stoop as needed throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment up to approximately 25 –35 lbs. Manual dexterity to handle small components, tools, adhesives, and measuring devices. Ability to visually inspect parts and read detailed technical drawings and work orders. Ability to safely operate basic fabrication tools and equipment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection, as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, or chemicals consistent with plastics and window fabrication.
