Our structured training program equips you with the tools needed to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate window and door needs
• Present solutions that improve energy efficiency, comfort, and home value
• Build trust through honest, relationship-focused communication
• Follow a proven sales process from consultation to close
• Maintain professionalism and represent Aspen Bravo with integrity
• Track appointments and customer interactions accurately
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and leadership development
• Complete the structured onboarding and training program
• Manage time effectively and work independently
• Achieve significant income growth through commission-based sales
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Utilize excellent communication skills to pitch products and services
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service pre and post-sale
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up regularly with clients
