What You'll Do

• Restore and rebuild: Assess damage caused by water, fire, and mold, and execute restoration plans to bring properties back to life.
• Skilled labor tasks: Use your expertise in demolition, carpentry, and repairs to perform high-quality work.
• Operate specialized equipment: Handle tools for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to ensure top-tier results.
• Document and report: Track progress, maintain detailed records, and ensure transparency throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the team: Work alongside skilled professionals to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Deliver exceptional service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns with empathy.
• Safety first: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, or skilled labor is highly preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, repairs, and demolition; certifications in mitigation are a plus.
