The General Manager reports to the District Manager for the area and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. The General Manager operates the restaurant consistent with, and supportive of, the business plan set forth for their restaurant, while displaying the Capstone Restaurant Group values: People, Hospitality, and Integrity./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliRecruit and hire staff, as well as maintain a bench for future growth./liliEnsure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements./liliEnsure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are properly trained to do their jobs through effective use of training programs./liliEnsure the restaurant is open and fully operational during Business Hours as defined by the District Manager, Regional Director of Operations, and Operating Partner./liliProvide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives./liliEnsure that correct inventory levels and all equipment is maintained in excellent condition through the use of approved vendors./liliSet an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of restaurant operations and technology./liliSupervise in accordance with established performance and operating policies as set out in the operations standards manual./liliWork with, develop, and motivate, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform up to their highest possible level of ability./liliReview preliminary P/Ls and forward all questions to your District Manager./liliRecognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept./liliFinancial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and PL management./li/ulh3Competencies/h3ulliValid drivers license./liliExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills./liliAbility to work flexible hours and shifts to ensure all essential duties are successfully completed./liliAbility to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant./liliAbility to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately./liliStrong conflict resolution skills./liliHigh sense of urgency./liliSelf-motivated./liliExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliStand for long periods of time./liliWork around high temperatures./liliWork around others in close quarters./liliAble to lift 50 pounds comfortably./liliWork with various cleaning products./liliPerform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality and speed standards./li/ulpPay Range USD $46,000.00 - USD $53,000.00 /Yr.
