Job Description: Summary: The Manager, Traditions Caf plans, organizes, directs and monitors the activities for any coffee shops at any facility. The Manager will be responsible for the interview process, hiring, training of all crew members as well as evaluations, competency's, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and any other leadership responsibilities. The General Manager is responsible for budgets, finances, ordering all food and supplies, marketing and public relations and the creation of a positive atmosphere for all team members, patients, and family members. The General Manager must listen actively and be able to adapt to an ever changing business world. The Manager must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed as well as holding subordinates accountable for the same. Must be proficient in use of computers, accounting, public speaking, and conflict resolution with emphasis on strong service excellent skills. Personal characteristics include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, high degree of concentration, flexibility, initiative and ability to get the job done through others while under stressful situations. Must maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills while working with little or no direct supervision. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills with legible written communication.
Requirements: A bachelors degree preferable. Two years experience in restaurant management with business management experience.
