Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and mall environment.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or local authorities as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and/or public spaces to help support orderly operations, assist with directions, and address customer concerns in a professional manner.; Observe and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations while following Allied Universal post orders and client location expectations.
