Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Johnson City, TN, for a Front of House Restaurant Manager. The role includes managing daily operations for front-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with the back of house manager. Responsibilities involve training staff, aligning team efforts with the farm's hospitality vision, scheduling employees, organizing workflows, and fostering a positive experience for guests. You will oversee dining service operations and ensure a smooth dining room flow, while addressing guest feedback and improving the quality of service offered.
