A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Quality Improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programsCollaborates with senior executives to set and achieve quality goals, ensuring compliance with quality standardsActs as a subject matter expert and manages critical quality improvement functions across the organizationRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare AdministrationMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement4 years of Medicaid/Medicare experienceDemonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and NCQA Accreditation experienceMinimum of 3 years of people management experience
