National HealthCare Corporation - Thorne Boulevard - Responsibilities: Assist with regular rounds of the facility to check maintenance zones for safety, health and welfare of patients, employees, families, and visitors; Assist with checking air conditioning and heating units on roof and in patient rooms, offices, and other rooms; Assist with inspecting storage rooms, work rooms, utility and janitorial closets for upkeep, safety and supply control; Coordinate maintenance department work with other departments to avoid interrupting patient care or normal business functions; Be on call for emergencies
