BrightSpring Health Services - - Responsibilities: Helps coordinate patient care activities with Pharmacists, Nurses, access team, and other Technicians; Prepares labels, prescriptions and compounding/mixing worksheets and completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records; Documents all temperature logs, pressure and humidity monitors, records all sterility testing done in the clean room in compliance with company policies and procedures, and USP 797 and USP 800 standards; Participates in branch management, department and intra-departmental meetings and quality improvement activities; Coordinates and schedules the preparation of sterile mixtures and home medical equipment orders with the assistance of the Pharmacist
