Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.; Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections.; Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager; follows up for timely resolution.; Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Members.; Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion.
